    Case Study: Unveiling Magna: NEOM's luxury coastal destination

    A journey through Magna, NEOM's premier new destination set along one of the world's most beautiful and undiscovered coastlines.

Sitting in the unspoilt Red Sea in the remote northwest of Saudi Arabia, near to NEOM’s flagship city THE LINE, Magna is a new ‘rough luxe’ destination quite unlike anywhere else – optimizing life to the full with its unique offering, all inside a conservation zone.

The primary goal was to create an inviting and informative infographic for the launch of MAGNA, a luxury coastal region within NEOM. The infographic aimed to highlight the key features, sustainability initiatives, economic benefits, and unique experiences MAGNA offers.


Challenges

1. Simplifying the extensive details about MAGNA's various destinations, sustainability efforts, and technological innovations.

2. Creating a visually engaging infographic that captures the essence of luxury and innovation associated with MAGNA.

Strategy and Execution

1. Research and Understanding: Explored MAGNA's features, including sustainability, economic impact, and luxury offerings.

2. Concept Development: Turned 3D renders into engaging, illustrative infographics.

3. Design Elements:

  • Color Scheme: Elegant and sophisticated, reflecting luxury and natural beauty.

  • Icons and Graphics: Custom designs for hotels, residences, sustainability efforts, and economic benefits.

  • Illustrations: Simplified yet appealing visuals.

  • Typography: Clean and modern for readability.

4. Content Creation: Summarized MAGNA’s key info, ensuring clarity and alignment with the project vision.

5. Feedback and Revisions Presented designs, incorporated feedback, and aligned with the client's vision.

Results

1. Positive Reception:

  • The infographic received positive feedback for its clarity, visual appeal, and comprehensive information.

  • It effectively communicated the luxury and sustainability aspects of MAGNA.

Conclusion
